Two Providers, One Bill

For your convenience and ease of processing for your insurance, we provide one bill (called the "global" charge) for all the services you receive at Olympic Radiology.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to file both primary and secondary insurance claims. In order to ensure that your insurance company is properly billed, it is important that patients bring all current insurance cards to their appointment.  Our staff has extensive experience with all the major insurers in our region, and we will be happy to answer questions you may have regarding insurance reimbursement.

Please be aware that many insurance plans require pre-authorization for certain radiological procedures. In some cases, insurance benefits may be reduced or eliminated if the insurance company has not given prior approval. Patients should familiarize themselves with the requirements of their health plan.  Our staff will assist referring offices in obtaining pre-authorizations when required.
